Download the free screen recorder tool that can record audio: the Fenêtre Capture Tool. Easily download it from the Microsoft Store for Windows and install it on your computer.
Open the Fenêtre Capture Tool, on the homescreen you can choose one of the many screen recording options like fullscreen, active screen or region. Click one and the recording screen will open and show you a menu to select the sound options.
Make sure the output is not set to GIF, because a gif does not have audio. Then use the top menu checkboxes to select which sound to record with your screen: input, output or both. You can control the volume of each audio source using the volume bar. Click the record button to record your screen with sound.
After you have finished taking a screen recording with sound, you can easily save the video in a folder of your choice. You can also send screen recordings without having to click out of the Fenêtre Capture Tool by linking the app with Teams or Outlook.
